We were beyond excited to see the results of these grants. Women’s leadership in Buddhism was ignited, honored, encouraged, researched, analyzed, shared, and brought to fruition.  With these grants, many groups opened a pioneering space for women to fully claim their voice.  Together, actions taken have augmented and clarified the roles of female-identified practitioners and helped all others understand and benefit from this new and more accurate model of female leadership.
